Fet MKRF-100 NEW (MKRF-100 NEV) is a modern high-temperature heat-insulating and at the same time fire-resistant material.
Production
New technologies in the production of the product made it possible to achieve higher physical, strength and thermal insulation qualities.
Without the use of connecting components, by means of needle stitching by the "felting" method, the material received an intrastructural interweaving of fibers. As a result, the chaotic interweaving of fibers at an angle of 90 gave the finished product additional elasticity, necessary for sealing the lining layers.
The absence of binding materials that burn out and evaporate at high temperatures ensured not only a decrease in shrinkage rates, but also increased environmental safety. Also, an important indicator is the uniformity of the density over the entire surface of the canvas, a clear linear dimension and thickness at a certain density.
Scope of use
The material can be used both in working (unprotected) lining layers and in intermediate (protected) layers. Depending on the operating conditions, the material is offered with a density of 96-100, 128-130 and 150-160 kg. the lining made of this material is not prone to being washed away by air currents, is easily mounted with the help of mechanical metal fasteners, and is durable at maximum temperatures. The new FETR is a solution to the original tasks of energy saving at the highest level, taking into account the durability of operation and the safety of people's health.
Felt is made from mulito-siliceous composition fibers, which are produced by melting pure aluminum and silicon oxides in an electric furnace with subsequent fiber formation by inflation In order to give the material strength and elasticity, an inorganic binder is added to the felt with subsequent thermal strengthening of the material.
Zirconium or chromium oxides are added to the fiber to increase the temperature of the felt.
Rolled felt – it is quite strong, flexible and technological insulating material. It is easily cut, cut with a knife and cut out the necessary shapes, glued to a rigid substrate with inorganic adhesives or fixed with mechanical fasteners.
Properties
Fibers are chemically resistant to the effects of acids and alkalis.
When used at high temperatures, the action of concentrated alkalis, hydrofluoric and phosphoric acids should be prevented. Fibers are more resistant to temperature effects in oxidizing and neutral environments.
In a reducing environment, thermal insulation properties decrease.
