Comprehensive protection of the metal jet from oxidation

Inorganic vermiculite plates (hereinafter PVN) are light non-combustible plates up to 1980x1000x60mm in size. It is an environmentally friendly material that does not contain asbestos, fibers and organic components, which has an unlimited service life, high fire resistance and thermal insulation. Slabs are made by hot pressing of semi-dry mass in accordance with TU U V.2.7-26.8-31101383-002-2002. PVNs are chemically neutral, inert, do not contain alkaline impurities, are non-toxic, bio-resistant, do not have an irritating effect on the skin.
Vermiculite material is easily processed with ordinary woodworking tools and quickly mounted with standard fasteners or high-temperature AVK glue.
The surface of the plates is easily painted with any paint, lined with metal or decorative plastic.
