MKRV shaped products
Products of complex shape is made of materials using refractory fiber of mullito-siliceous composition, which is produced by melting aluminum and silicon oxides in an electric furnace with subsequent fiber formation by blowing.
To give the material strength, inorganic and organic binders, fire-resistant fillers and additives are added to the fibers. Products are formed by methods of vacuuming, vacuum pressing, vibration casting, stuffing, and others.
Products of complex shape are manufactured for long-term use in thermal insulation of equipment parts and for short-term casting of metal melts according to individual technical requirements.
