Nichrome heaters (NiCg) are presented in a wide range. Production of nichrome heaters according to the customer's specifications.

"Nichromes" (Ni-Cr and Ni-Cr-Fe alloys) are used both in industry and in household appliances.

Nichromes are characterized by

• excellent mechanical properties in "cold" and "hot" condition, as well as after long-term use, so it does not require winding on a ceramic tube;
• high homogeneity of the alloy structure. The maximum operating temperature of nichromes, in particular the best alloy X20N80 – 1200 °C

Cautions if you use nichrome heaters

• in sulfur-containing atmospheres at temperatures above 650 °C, the so-called "green rot" effect appears, which leads to intensive destruction alloys of this class;
• in the atmosphere containing carbon in the temperature range of 600-900 °C intensive destruction of alloys of this class occurs.
• during the operation of nichrome heaters, the surface protective film peels off, forming scale, which leads to the contamination of heated surfaces and heat-treated parts. 
• nichrome retains its plasticity after cooling - the spiral can be removed, the shape corrected, bent in another way, etc. in narrow grooves made of ceramics.
• nickel-chromium alloys can work in contact with fireclay of any brand without interacting with it.

• in coils;
• in coil form of coils of various diameters, both with and without ceramic tubes;
• in the form of prefabricated heating elements equipped with terminals made of the same material but of a larger diameter, with ceramic mounting insulators and mounting hardware.
