Features

Glues and mastics are not toxic to the human body when working with them, during long-term use and exposure to extremely high temperatures. Glue binds various materials without additional surface preparation.

Depending on the temperature of use, KTS glue is produced in two brands: KTS-1100 and KTS – 1350.

In the labeling of the glue, letters and numbers indicate:

• To – glue;

• TS – temperature resistant;

• 1100 and 1350 – the maximum permissible working temperature of the application

Glue quality indicators and their rate

Mastics based on KTS glue are a paste with the inclusion of fire-resistant powders, fibers, etc. high-temperature materials. These fillers are aimed at providing additional strength qualities of the mastic and, depending on the materials of the main lining, to equalize thermal linear expansion.

The temperature mode of operation of Mastic corresponds to the parameters of KTS Glue on the basis of which it is manufactured.

Products are delivered in sealed containers, 3-5-15-60 kg.
