We manufacture and supply refractory concrete products for operation in conditions of high temperatures, thermal loads and aggressive environments. The products are used in metallurgy, energy, cement, chemical and food industries, as well as in furnaces for various purposes.
Refractory concrete is a special composite material based on high-alumina and corundum aggregates with heat-resistant binders. It maintains strength and geometric stability at temperatures up to 1200–1700 °C (depending on the brand).

Depending on the operating conditions, the following types and brands of refractory concrete are used:
- Fireclay refractory concretes
Operating temperature up to 1300–1400 °C
Used for lining chamber, shaft and tunnel furnaces.
- High-alumina concretes (Al₂O₃ 45–70%)
Operating temperature up to 1600–1700 °C
Used in areas of intensive heating, burner chambers and furnace vaults.
- Corundum refractory concretes (Al₂O₃ ≥ 90%)
Operating temperature up to 1700 °C and above
Used in the most loaded units of furnaces and thermal equipment.
- Low-cement and ultra-low-cement concretes (LCC/ULCC)
Increased density, high wear resistance and resistance to thermal shock
Recommended for modern energy-efficient furnaces.
Refractory cements are also used in the production of products
- VGTs-35, VGC-45, VGC-60 – high-alumina cements
- CA-50 / CA-70 (analogous to Secar, Almatis, etc.)
- Alumina cements with increased chemical resistance
The products are manufactured by vibration casting or molding with subsequent heat treatment. Quality control is carried out at each stage — from the selection of raw materials to the shipment of finished products.
