Badellito-corundum refractories-33, BK-37, BK-41 with the content of the main component - zirconium dioxide (Zr02) 33%; 37% and 41%.
The corrosion resistance of the refractory increases as the content of zirconium dioxide becomes higher. When the content of Zr02 is increased from 33% to 41%, the corrosion resistance increases by 2 times at a temperature of 1400°C, and by 1.9 times at a temperature of 1600°C.
Inclined casting makes it possible to obtain blocks with reduced voids located in the lower part of the block and with a higher density index compared to blocks obtained by conventional casting.
End casting makes it possible to obtain Electro-melted cast badellite-corundum refractories (according to GOST 23053-78) of BK brand hollow castings with exceptional density, which maximizes the service life of refractories.
