Asbestos cords GOST 1779-83

Asbestos cords GOST 1779-83. They are used for thermal insulation of thermal units, used in the sealing of joints in various thermal units and heat-conducting systems.

SHAON brand (general-purpose asbestos cord): consists of chrysotile asbestos fibers mixed with cotton and other chemical fibers. Workable at t° up to +400°C. It is supplied with diameters from 3 mm to 25 mm according to GOST 1779-83 and with diameters of 30 and 35 mm according to TU 2574-186-00149363-01 in bundles of 15-20 kg each.

Brand SHAP-02 (asbestos down cord): consists of a core made of combed chrysotile asbestos fibers with cotton and other chemical fibers, wrapped on the outside with asbestos threads or yarn. Workable at t° up to +400°C. The cord of the SHAP-02 brand has no diameter.

Approximate weight of 1 p.m. cord.
