LLC "Promatechnologies" offers Plastic fibrous mass based on glue of the KTS brand according to TU U 20.5-40043406-001:2017.

Mass is a mixture of ceramic fibers of different application temperatures, in the composition of the binder mass. It has a paste-like form, high adhesion to all surfaces of refractory and other materials. it is used to apply to the surface as a protective layer, to seal seams, cracks, to restore damaged areas of felting.

Feature

• is used for repair and installation of lining of thermal units;
• is produced on the basis of fire-resistant fillers without asbestos;
• hardens under the influence of ambient temperature (±24°С);
• temperature resistance up to +1700°C;
• ready to use without hardeners.

Application of mastic

• installation of heating units, connection of lining elements and brickwork.
• installation of refractory bricks, molded fibrous thermal insulation, repair of cracks.
• installation of heat channels, outlet pipes, heat regenerators, etc.
• repair of masonry of furnaces, hearth stones
• filling seams, sealing burner holes
