Alumina cement GC

The production of alumina cement Гц-40, Гц-50, Гц-60 is carried out strictly according to GOST 969-91.

OOO Promatehnologii" offers alumina cement, which is used:

• when building concrete and reinforced concrete structures (if the strength characteristics of the mixture need to be obtained within 1-7 days);
• underground and marine structures;
• when plugging cold oil wells or cracks in rocks (in case of large water inflow);
• when urgently pouring foundations for various mechanisms (restoration of damaged bridges and bridges, sealing of holes in sea vessels, etc.);
• in the production of concrete products (as a concrete accelerator);
• tanks and containers with high chemical resistance to organic acids, sulfur compounds, lactic and sulfuric acid, salt solution, etc.;
• artificial products and thermally stable concrete with fire resistance up to 1700°С.

Production of alumina cement GC-40, GC-50, GC-60 is carried out strictly according to GOST 969-91.

The beginning of setting of the solution – not earlier than 45 minutes.

Completion of grasping – within 10 hours.

The setting time can be reduced (when adding calcium chloride, boric acid, and borax) or increased (when adding lime, portland cement, gypsum, etc.).

Special properties GC-40, GC-50, GC-60

• Releases a large amount of heat during hardening. This allows work to be carried out at temperatures down to -10°C without using heating.
• Resistant to aggressive liquid and gaseous media. This is achieved thanks to the high density of cement stone.
• It allows to obtain hydraulically hardening refractory mortars and concretes when used in a mixture with various fireclay fillers, magnesite, chromite ore, etc.
